Snip Squad is a non-profit organization that brings quality veterinary services to Norfolk's underserved neighborhoods. We believe every pet deserves care, regardless of their owner's means. Dr. Phan started this nonprofit after seeing pet owners forced to choose between basic household xpenses and essential care for their pets.
